FIDI Global Alliance
The FIDI Global Alliance was founded in 1950 to represent the interests of international moving companies worldwide. Today FIDI, based in Brussels, has over 600 members and has become the recognised educational centre for the industry. All FIDI members must comply with the world’s most stringent and comprehensive quality standard FAIM (FIDI Accredited International Mover) which is regarded by corporations and private individuals as the Gold Standard in the industry.
To comply with FAIM requirements, our Head Office in Auckland is assessed independently by global consultants EY every three years; this confirms and benchmarks the quality of our customer service, supply chain management, data management and financial security.
We are proud to consistently demonstrate a high level of quality and have been awarded the FAIM ‘Confirmation of Quality Assurance’.

IAM – International Association of Movers
IAM is based in the United States and has over 2000 members worldwide. It is the world’s largest group for the international moving industry, providing a range of educational and supportive services. Membership of IAM keeps us up-to-date with the latest developments and best practice and provides access to a network of moving professionals everywhere in the world.
BAR International Associate – British Association of Removers
With 500+ members BAR has represented the moving industry for more than 100 years in the United Kingdom. BAR is the recognised voice of the professional moving industry. It is at the forefront of developing and maintaining professional standards and services for the benefits of its members and their customers. NZOMA is the local association of quality accredited international movers whose objectives include maintaining high professional, financial, ethical and operational standards.
FEDEMAC – European Movers Federation
Founded in 1959, FEDEMAC brings together national associations and moving companies from various European countries, advocating for best practices in the industry. The federation provides its members with resources and support, including access to training, industry guidelines, and networking opportunities.
